What your quote covers

Seven pricing answers, upfront

1. Fixed door-to-door fare

Your accepted quote is a locked-in fixed price for the agreed itinerary. It accounts for European driving miles, vehicle positioning from Folkestone, and mandatory driver rest hours.

2. Itemised disbursements

The quote separates the private vehicle-and-driver fee from pass-through costs: the LeShuttle vehicle and pet ticket, motorway tolls, and airport short-stay parking where applicable. These costs are shown as separate lines.

3. Passengers and pets included

There are no per-person charges. The quoted fare includes your travelling party and pets up to the vehicle’s legal seating and payload capacity.

4. Crates and relocation luggage

Standard allocation accommodates up to two medium dogs or three crated cats, plus suitcases, subject to crate dimensions and safe loading. Giant crates or house-move luggage may require a long-wheelbase setup and a tailored quote.

5. Currency and payments

Quotes are issued in pounds sterling (GBP, £). Card and bank-transfer payments carry no surcharge.

6. Airport waiting

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing, tracked against live flight information. Additional waiting is £25 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments (£6.25 per increment).

7. Cancellation terms

More than 7 days before pickup: transport deposit refunded in full, less any non-refundable third-party LeShuttle tickets.

72 hours to 7 days before pickup: 50% of the vehicle fee is retained.

Less than 72 hours before pickup: 100% of the vehicle fee is payable.

The cancellation schedule and any ticket-specific terms will be confirmed with your written quote before you accept.
